You can request deletion of all your data by visiting our Data Deletion page or emailing privacy@southernmgd.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Note that deleting your data permanently removes your coin balance and account history.

AI Emoji Generator is an Android app that uses artificial intelligence to create custom emoji images and animations from text descriptions or your own photos. Generate static emojis, animated emojis, and even turn your selfie or pet photo into a unique emoji!

Every new account starts with 50 free coins. Each generation costs coins:

• Static Emoji — 5 coins
• Animated Emoji — 5 coins
• Personal/Pet Emoji — 10 coins
• Make Transparent — FREE

Your coin balance is stored securely on our servers and linked to your Google account — it persists across reinstalls and devices.

No! Your coin balance is tied to your Google account, not your device. Whether you reinstall the app, switch phones, or clear your app data — signing back in with the same Google account will restore your exact coin balance.

We use Google Sign-In to securely identify your account so we can store your coin balance on our servers. We only receive your Google User ID, name, and email address — we never see your Google password, and we never post anything to your Google account. Your email is used solely to maintain your account.

Photos you upload are sent securely to our AI processing servers to generate your emoji. They are used only for that single generation and are not stored permanently on our servers. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them with third parties. Please only upload photos of yourself, your pets, or subjects you have permission to use.

You should only upload photos of yourself, your own pets, or subjects where you have explicit permission from the subject. Uploading photos of other people without their consent may violate their privacy rights and our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the photo upload feature.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the emojis you generate for personal use — sharing with friends, using in messages, social media posts, etc. Under current U.S. copyright law, AI-generated images without substantial human creative input may not be copyrightable. Southern MGD makes no copyright claims over your generated emojis.

Our animated emojis are generated as MP4 video files, which offer higher quality and smaller file sizes than GIFs. Most messaging apps (WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram) play and loop MP4 videos automatically. In Android Messages, you may need to tap play. GIF support is planned for a future update.

After signing in with Google, the app remembers your account. If you are being asked to sign in repeatedly, try these steps:

1. After the Google sign-in page appears, complete sign-in and wait for the browser to close automatically
2. The app should resume and start generating
3. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Apps → AI Emoji Generator → Storage → Clear Data, then sign in fresh
