🗑️ Request Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data from the AI Emoji Generator app. We will process your request within 30 days.
To submit a deletion request, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Google account email address associated with your app account.
📦 What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your Google account information (name, email, profile picture)
- Your coin balance and purchase history
- Any stored usage data associated with your account
Data that is not stored and therefore requires no deletion:
- Photos uploaded for Personal Emoji (never stored on our servers)
- Generated emoji images (returned to your device only)
- Text prompts (not retained after generation)
⏱️ Processing Time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted.
